Bruce Burch is the head of the Music Business Program at the Terry School of Business/UGA. Prior to starting the program, Bruce was the Creative Director at EMI Publishing as well as an acclaimed songwriter. Reba McEntire’s #1 hit “Rumor Has It” was written by Bruce.

During the next 10 years, Herbison served as the Tennessee Congressmans Press Secretary, then Campaign Manager, then Chief Administrative Officer before leaving Capitol Hill for Music Row.
